Hi everyone!

I went looking for validated, tried, tested and safe alternative forms of healing in order to help myself, my family and friends. I wanted to know more about energy healing and how to bring our mind, body and spirit back to optimum health and balance. I found ... ‘The Reconnection: Heal Others Heal Yourself’ by Dr. Eric Pearl and ‘Science Confirms Reconnective Healing’ edited by Dr. Korotkov.

For me, like many others who have become practitioners, the training experience  into becoming a practitioner was extraordinary and enlightening, creating a shift in consciousness awakening. I now focus on helping people and animals by bringing energy, light and information onto the planet through the hands-off Reconnective Healing experience.

After all, research into the Reconnective frequencies shows long-lasting benefits and their significance on health and wellbeing for everyone involved.

I worked within the private rented sector and volunteered at homelessness services and animal shelters for many years. I have also travelled and worked abroad, academically gained a BSc, PGDip, MRes and now live in Gloucestershire with my family, pets and plants!
