I have been a Reconnective Healing practitioner since 2006. After a lifelong study of spiritual philosophies and daily meditation practice since the mid-1970’s, I embraced the Perennial Teachings of Advaita Vedanta (Non-Duality). I have studied several contemporary and past teachers of Advaita, who inspire me to integrate their highest teachings into my life. We are all One Spirit/Being or Divine Essence/Awareness, manifesting through and living as, the myriad of diverse beings in the Universes, all interconnected with each other. Therefore, we should aim to express gratitude, compassion, kindness, love and to bring conscious awareness into every aspect of our relationships with the world and each other, through our ever-increasing ability to do so, as we all eventually evolve into the full knowing and realization of What We truly Are.
